How long does it take for your order to be processed?

Studio Aromatic strives to process and ship all orders placed before 4:00 PM the same day. You will receive a track & trace code via email so that you can accurately track your shipment.

Does Studio Aromatic ship internationally?

Studio Aromatic currently only ships within Europe. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We do not charge shipping costs for orders of €100.00 or more to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Can you return or exchange?

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the packaging remains unopened. We include a tester with every purchase, so you have the opportunity to experience the scent without opening the original packaging. Should you decide to make a return, we offer you the option to exchange for a different fragrance or receive a refund. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method you used.
