Shipping Policy - Studio Aromatic 

1. Shipping methods and costs

1.1 Studio Aromatic offers various shipping methods for the delivery of orders within the Netherlands and Europe.

1.2 Shipping costs are clearly stated during the checkout process before the customer completes the order. Above €100.00 to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germay Studio Aromatic does not charge shipping costs.

1.3 Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, the size of the order, and the chosen shipping type.

2. Processing time

2.1 Studio Aromatic strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible after receiving payment.

2.2 The average processing time for an order is 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery time

3.1 Estimated delivery times are based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.

3.2 Within the Netherlands, customers can generally expect their orders within 2-5 business days after shipping.

3.3 Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country and can be 2-10 business days.

4. Track & Trace

4.1 For orders shipped with a track & trace service, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

4.2 With the tracking number, the customer can track the progress of the delivery via the carrier's website.

5. Not at home notification

5.1 If the customer is not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a not at home notification.

5.2 The customer can then contact the carrier to make a new delivery appointment or pick up the order at a designated pick-up point.

6. Incorrect delivery address

6.1 The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address when placing the order.

6.2 If the customer has provided an incorrect delivery address, the customer must notify Studio Aromatic as soon as possible.

6.3 If the order has already been shipped to the incorrect address, Studio Aromatic cannot be held liable and any additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

7. Delayed delivery

7.1 In the event of delayed delivery, Studio Aromatic will notify the customer and work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7.2 Studio Aromatic cannot be held liable for delays caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Uncollected orders

8.1 If an order cannot be delivered to the customer and is not picked up at the designated pick-up point within a certain period, the order will be automatically returned to Studio Aromatic.

8.2 In the case of an uncollected order, the customer can choose to have the order reshipped for additional shipping costs, or the order can be canceled and the purchase amount will be refunded, minus any return costs.

9. Shipping to international destinations

9.1 For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

9.2 Studio Aromatic is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.
