Return Policy

Return Conditions

  • Return within 14 days of receipt
  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Include order confirmation, packing slip, or invoice
  • Exceptions: perfume samples, testers, and gift cards

Return Process

  2. Receive instructions for return
  3. Securely pack in original packaging
  4. Return to the specified return address with a shipping receipt.
  5. Receive and check the returned product

Refund

  • Refund via original payment method
  • Shipping costs not refunded, unless our fault
  • Refund processed within 5 business days

Note:

  • Damaged, used, or opened products are not eligible for return, unless under warranty
  • Inspect products carefully upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours

Exchange

At Studio Aromatic, we strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange within 14 days of receipt of the product
  • Product must be in unopened and unused condition
  • Original packaging and labels must be intact
  • Exchange only possible for another product of equal value
  • Exceptions: perfume samples, testers, and gift cards cannot be exchanged

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service to discuss your exchange request
  2. Receive instructions for returning the product
  3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging
  4. Send the product back to the specified return address with a shipping receipt
  5. After receiving and checking the returned product, the new product will be shipped

Important:

  • Exchange is subject to availability of the desired product
  • Any price differences will be reconciled via the original payment method
  • Shipping costs for returning are the responsibility of the customer
