Terms and Conditions - Studio Aromatic
1. Definitions
1.1 In these terms and conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

- Customer: refers to a natural person or legal entity placing an order via the webshop.
- Products: refers to the perfumes and related products offered by Studio Aromatic on the webshop.
- Webshop: refers to Studio Aromatic's online store on the website www.studioaromatic.com.
2. Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between the customer and Studio Aromatic regarding the products and services offered on the webshop.
2.2 By placing an order on the webshop, the customer declares acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Orders
3.1 The products displayed on the webshop constitute a non-binding offer from Studio Aromatic.
3.2 An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and Studio Aromatic confirms it through an order confirmation by email.
3.3 Studio Aromatic reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information if necessary.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices listed on the webshop are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Shipping costs are not included in the price and are specified separately during the ordering process.
4.3 Payment must be made using the provided payment methods on the webshop, such as iDeal, credit card, or PayPal.
4.4 Studio Aromatic reserves the right to change prices on the webshop at any time, but such changes will not affect previously placed orders.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1 Studio Aromatic aims to deliver orders as soon as possible after receiving payment.
5.2 Delivery times are indicative and not binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5.3 Studio Aromatic is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transportation. Any damage should be reported immediately to Studio Aromatic and the transport company.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
6.1 The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Studio Aromatic in writing or by email within the specified period.
6.3 The customer must return the products in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging unless agreed otherwise.
6.4 The cost and risk of returning the products are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
7. Warranty and Complaints
7.1 Studio Aromatic ensures that the delivered products conform to the agreement and the reasonable expectations of the customer.
7.2 Any complaints about the delivered products must be reported to Studio Aromatic in writing or by email as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receipt of the order.
7.3 Studio Aromatic will respond to the complaint as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt, seeking an appropriate solution.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All intellectual property rights related to the webshop, content, and offered products and services, such as copyrights, trademark rights, trade names, and logos, remain the property of Studio Aromatic or the respective rights holders at all times.
8.2 Without explicit written permission from Studio Aromatic and/or the rights holders, the customer is not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, sell, or engage in any other use that infringes upon intellectual property rights related to the webshop, products, or services.
9. Privacy and Data Processing
9.1 Studio Aromatic respects the privacy of its customers and complies with applicable privacy laws.
9.2 Personal data will only be used for order processing and will not be disclosed to third parties without the customer's consent, except when necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., for shipping).
9.3 The customer has the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data from Studio Aromatic's customer database by contacting the information provided in Article 1.
10. Liability
10.1 Studio Aromatic is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the webshop, products, or services unless the damage is caused by willful intent or gross negligence of Studio Aromatic.
10.2 Studio Aromatic is not responsible for possible color deviations of products on the webshop due to the customer's screen settings.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Dutch law exclusively applies to all agreements between the customer and Studio Aromatic.
11.2 Disputes arising from or related to these agreements will initially be submitted to the competent court in the district where Studio Aromatic is located unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
