Returns Policy

Return conditions

  • Return within 14 days of receipt
  • Unopened, unused and in original packaging
  • Send order confirmation, packing slip or invoice
  • Exceptions: perfume samples, testers and gift cards

Returns process

  2. Receive instructions for return
  3. Pack safely in original packaging
  4. Return to specified return address with proof of shipping.
  5. Receipt and inspection of the returned product

Refund

  • Refund via original payment method
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless it is our mistake
  • Refund processed within 5 business days

NB:

  • Damaged, used or opened products are not eligible for return unless under warranty
  • Please inspect products carefully upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours

Exchange

At Studio Aromatic we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below.

Exchange terms

  • Exchange within 14 days of receiving the product
  • Product must be in unopened and unused condition
  • Original packaging and labels must be intact
  • Exchange is only possible for another product of equal value
  • Exceptions: perfume samples, testers and gift cards cannot be exchanged

Exchange process

  1. Please contact our customer service to discuss your exchange request
  2. Receive instructions for returning the product
  3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging
  4. Please return the product to the specified return address with proof of postage
  5. After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the new product will be shipped

Important:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired product
  • Any price differences will be settled via the original payment method
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer
