Véronique Nyberg was born in a small village in the French Alps. From an early age she was fascinated by scents. Her botanical grandmother sparked her interest in plants and their aromas. Surrounded by the scents of wildflowers and the natural beauty of her surroundings, Véronique chose to study science. She obtained a PhD in Organic Chemistry.

A career in perfumery

After her studies, Véronique started working as a quality controller of raw materials at a perfumery company in Grasse. She learned all about the different ingredients used to make perfumes. When she was given the opportunity to become a perfumer, she grabbed it with both hands.

A unique approach

Véronique's approach to perfume creation is driven by her passion for art, cooking and cultural fusion. As a self-taught chef, she experiments with daring combinations of flavors. This collaboration led to her discovery of unconventional combinations, such as the use of sandalwood in lychee harmonies. Art plays an important role in Véronique's life. Her appreciation for color and texture combinations, as well as contrasts in perception, influences her work as a perfumer.

A successful career

Véronique Nyberg is one of the most successful perfumers in the world. She has created fragrances for a wide range of prestigious brands, including Paco Rabanne, Lancôme, Mugler and Yves Rocher. Her most recent work is the fragrance Oud Mafia for the Morph brand. This fragrance is a unique combination of oriental and Mediterranean notes. It is a powerful and sensual scent that is perfect for a night out.
